Printed and published by Grafton Publications, NCR, Dublin 7, Model Housekeeping was a monthly A4 glossy magazine which, I believe, ran until 1969. This is from 1961 and, with it being the December issue, it is full of festive adverts and tips. For some reason the page numbering starts at 40! It has over 60 pages.
