  2. Memories! 4 of us sharing a grotty flat in Rathmines. We always got “In Dublin” as a matter of course, as well as Hot Press. Loved the Tom Matthews strip “Porky the Tapeworm and Larry the Leech”. It’s hard to believe that the photo on issue 144, in January ’82, is now the site of the Hilton Hotel, with the Luas bridge right beside it, and all that end of Charlemont St has been completely developed. Used to walk by it every day, back then. It could be pretty dodgy at night, to put it mildly.
