In the late 1970’s and early 1980’s the total of Dunnes Stores branches had risen to between 50 and 65 new branches during them years opened at Letterkenny Co. Donegal, Clonmel and Nenagh Co, Tipperary, Arklow and Bray Co. Wicklow, Ballina and Castlebar Co. Mayo, Sligo, Killarney and Tralee Co, Kerry, Wexford and Enniscorthy in Co. Wexford, Dundalk and Drogheda Co Louth were among the developements in them years. In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s they opened in Newbridge Co, Kildare, Cavan, Ennis Co, Clare, Navan Co, Meath and Portlaoise Co Laois were the developments for Dunnes Stores.
