The Brand New Retro book is 10 years old this week — which means it’s officially vintage too. 😎

The Brand New Retro book turns 10 this week!

Back in 2015, I gathered five years’ worth of scans from my website brandnewretro.ie, and turned them into a book.

My friend and designer @joecollins_00007 Collins made it look absolutely beautiful.

It was an exciting time, the book earned five-star reviews and got lots of coverage on national media.

Ten years later, I still relentlessly hunt through car-boot sales, flea markets, and charity shops hoping to strike gold: forgotten adverts, old photographs – the glorious oddities that deserve a second chance to shine online… and maybe, one day, a place in my next book 👀.

I don’t have any copies left of the book to sell, b ut I want to mark this anniversary, and thank you all for your support: follows, likes, reposts, etc – it all helps to keep this whole thing going.

In the meantime, keep tuned here and even more on Instagram for more finds!
